understands the need to keep up to speed. That’s why we have made standard in
each of our homes a feature called “Structured Wiring”.
As new technologies continue to evolve in the communication
arena, new possibilities for upgrading are presenting themselves. One of the
most popular approaches is to keep ahead of the changes by being proactive,
installing computer-grade phone wiring and satellite-grade television cable
throughout the home, and that is exactly what we do.
Structured wiring mirrors the multiple choices you have as a
new homeowner. While you might not utilize the full spectrum of wiring options
at this time, you will be prepared for coming technologies, including
broadband, satellite, and other options on the horizon.
By having the home prewired for these coming technologies,
the home is ready when you are. All the wiring is terminated in a central
wiring cabinet in your home, and gives you the flexibility to mix and match
wiring schemes and technologies to fit your needs without rewiring or having
cords and cables running across your floors. Additionally, each DJ Home is
prewired for a future security system, which we can install for you.
