We carefully inspect each component of our homes, being proactive to address any construction or mechanical issues before they become problematic. Then, before closing, we walk through the home with you to identify any areas needing attention and to answer your questions about our warranty and explain the process to you.

Davidson and Jones will repair or replace any defective structural or material components in the home which are determined to be below the accepted standards within the homebuilding industry.

Your appliances, HVAC system, and many other products and components are covered by manufacturer’s or contractor’s warranties that are presented to you at closing, supplementing the DJ 360° Warranty.

The limited warranty in Year Two also covers any mechanical equipment (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) deemed defective, unless the defect is brought upon by neglect or abuse by the homeowner.

Beginning with Year Three, the warranty program is administered by 210 Home Builders Warranty, a leading national provider of extended homeowner warranties, and backed by Liberty Mutual, one of America’s leading property and casualty insurance companies.

The 210 Home Builders Warranty covers all major structural defects throughout the period, and is automatically transferable to any subsequent buyers. As an additional benefit, the 210 Home Builders Warranty program entitles you to substantial discounts on your homeowner’s and automotive insurance policies written through Liberty Mutual.
